Gaelic Football Summer Camp Dates and Information

The Ottawa Gaels will once again be running a series of summer day camps for kids ages 6-12 in July. Campers who register will learn the basics of Gaelic Football through our FUNdamental Skill Development Program with mini games and daily competitions. Interactive instruction will be provided by experienced coaches from Ireland in a well supervised, high coach-to-player ratio environment. When not on the pitch, campers enjoy other activities including a daily swim at the local municipal pool and co-operative outdoor games, all while learning about Irish culture through the coaches and guest instructors. Campers bring their own lunch. Snacks are provided. Email youthfootball@ottawagaels.ca with further inquiries. The Ottawa Gaels at 2017 Almonte Celtfest

The Ottawa Gaels are returning to Almonte Celtfest on Saturday, July 8th. We will be hosting Gaelic Football youth games, a skills competition, and a football demo for parents. Be sure to stick around to watch the Ottawa Gaels ladies and men’s teams compete in exhibition play. Celtfest is a fun weekend of Ottawa Valley and Celtic entertainment, performed in the natural amphitheater of Gemmill Park in the heart of Almonte. It is a time to share the historical Celtic traditions with today’s local performers. Celtfest also presents a select group of unique artisans and vendors of specialty goods with a Celtic flair. 2017 Pig Roast Extravaganza

The summer tradition returns! We’re hosting our fourth annual pig roast extravaganza on Saturday, July 15th, at 4PM. Celebrate summer and spend time with your teammates, friends and their families. The Ottawa Gaels invite you to our annual Golf Tournament Fundraiser to benefit our Youth Development Program.
