Camogie (ka-moe-gi) is an Irish team sport played by women on grass with a wooden stick (hurley) and a small ball (sliotar: sli-ter). As a field sport, it has many transferable skills that make it an excellent new sport for Field Hockey or Lacrosse players, but you may be surprised to find your Ringette, Baseball, or even Softball skills in use as well! Join our Senior Teams on weeknights and Saturdays this summer! Grab your bottle of water and get ready for sessions focusing on skill development, drills, strength & conditioning, and small game scenarios and scrimmages!
