Fun. Fitness. Friends. Join the excitement in learning Gaelic Football through our FUNdamentals program. This program encourages kids of all ages to develop the fundamental movement skills of Agility, Balance and Coordination (ABCs). The skills and movements inherent in Gaelic Football are similar and transferrable to just about every team sport played by kids today. Players range in age from U6 to U16. Programs are open to girls and boys with camps and clinics organized by the Youth Development Officer throughout the year. The Ottawa Gaels also participate in the annual Continental Youth Championships, the largest Gaelic games tournament outside of Ireland.
