Ottawa Gaels Ladies and Men teams participate in 2018 ECGAA Championships

On Saturday, September 1st over the Labour Day Weekend our Senior mens and ladies teams traveled to Prince Edward Island for the 2018 ECGAA Championships and completed a very successful showing.

Our Senior and Junior Ladies met in the Senior Final, having each won their respective division and their own semi-final! The Junior Gaels Ladies won the first half but the Senior ladies pulled away in the dying minutes of the game.

The Gaels Men also won their division before falling in a hard fought battle to the Montreal Senior Mens team, who went on to win the Cup.
