Join us for the first Annual Youth Awards night to celebrate the youth players of the Ottawa Gaels Club. 2018 has been a fantastic year for all our youth teams and we want to get everyone together to celebrate and recognize these achievements and the hard work that all of our young players have put in all season. Boys and Girls from the Ottawa Gaels youth teams are invited to join with their friends, parents and youth coaches in a celebration of the young talent at the club. Awards night will be held at Saint Brigid’s Centre for the Arts in the Byward Market, beginning at 6pm. We will be combining our annual spaghetti dinner with the youth presentation night. Join us for the 2nd edition of our Fall League at the RA Centre and Coliseum Dome! New players are welcome and encouraged to give Gaelic Football a try! This year’s Mike Robinson Tournament will take place on Saturday, September 29th at Twin Elm Rugby Park. Registration for the tournament is now open (complete the form below). Our annual memorial tournament honours a wonderful friend of the Gaels and celebrates the excitement of our great sport in a fun, co-ed, family-friendly Gaelic Football tournament that is not too serious and spans the ages from 5 up to 70! As part of the days’ activities there is also a youth tournament for up and coming Gaelic footballers. The Youth portion of our tournament will run from 11am-12pm while Seniors games will play from 11am-4pm. Starting in September, we’ll be kicking off our Fun-time Fall Go-Games for all program on Saturday Mornings in Kanata. Be advised that this fall’s program will be taking place at a new location, Beaverbrook Park in Kanata. All are welcome to attend, parents too! We are also pleased to be offering an All-Ages Skills Academy with Coach Angie on Wednesday nights. The Ottawa Gaels are kicking off the 2018 Gaelic season with a weekly Fun-4-All youth program that will run through February and March. Join us on Monday evenings for a program featuring small sided games and multi-sports skills development. Sessions will be broken down into two age groups for children between the ages of 5 to 8 and another for kids aged 9 to 15.
